Returns have a period of 14 days from when the order is received and are at the customer's expense. You must notify us by email at or via the contact form with the order number and indicating the return.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, the notice must be sent no later than 14 days after the product has been delivered. For a return to be admissible it must meet the following requirements:

•  Returned products must not have been used or opened and must contain the usual packaging.

•  The products must retain their original seal intact. Products returned without their seal will not be accepted, unless it is due to defects of origin, in which case the product will be exchanged for others of the same type.

•  The returned item must be properly packaged for return.

If quality control confirms that the product has been opened, the return will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for the cost of collecting the product from our premises or having it resent to the delivery address indicated.

- Refund of the amount paid

We will refund all payments received from you—except for shipping costs—as soon as possible and in any case within 30 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to return the product. We will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. If this is not possible, we will reimburse you by bank transfer. The reimbursement will be paid as long as we have received the products.

- Return of faulty products

If the product is faulty, we will replace it free of charge as soon as possible and at our expense. We will examine the returned product and will inform you by e-mail within 5-10 days as to whether or not a refund or replacement (where applicable) is possible. The item will be refunded or replaced within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item.

Amounts paid for products that are returned to us because of a fault, where such fault actually exists, will be refunded to you in full, including the cost of delivering the item to you and the cost of you delivering it to us. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the purchase.


If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse delivery when the courier comes to your home, or contact the courier and request a refund. In this case, the shipping and return costs will not be refunded. When we receive the returned order and confirm the correct condition of the product, we will refund the amount of the products to the same account from which you paid within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.
