The PROVIDER will not ship any order until it has confirmed that payment has been made correctly.
Goods will be shipped by different transport agencies, depending on the destination freely designated by the user-buyer.
Delivery dates or deadlines will be understood as approximate, and delay will not constitute a material breach.
If the PROVIDER has not delivered the goods 21 days after the agreed delivery date, the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund of the total amount paid at no cost, where no liability for damages may be attributed to the PROVIDER.
The delivery time will be 48-72 hours (working days), provided that the payment of the order has been confirmed.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday, provided it is not a public holiday.
Similarly, orders placed from Monday to Friday on a public holiday will not be processed until the next working day.
The PROVIDER declines all liability when the product is not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the user.
Delivery will be considered complete when the carrier has placed the products at the user's disposal and the user or the person delegated by the user has signed the delivery note.
It is the user's responsibility to check the products on receipt and state any justified reservations and complaints on the delivery document/note.
We only ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
*No deliveries will be made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
